Powerbuild has a lot of creatine monohydrate. 3 g to be exact. A lot of pre-workout supplements have around the same amount, or maybe 1.5 g to 2 g. Take them back to back, and you’re pretty overloaded, and possibly feeling like crap.
Powerbuild is a great product, so you may want to change the dosage or brand of your pre-workout supplement. On the bright side, Powerbuild happens to have a better dosage than many of the ingredients found in pre-workout supplements, so you may be able to simplify things a bit and focus on a pre-workout supplement that is more energy-based.
