Stainless Steel Medical Tag is attached to endless chain. Medical ID Dog Tag is attached to 24" (61 cm) or 30" (76 cm) stainless Steel Endless chain. Ball chain is an additional option. Medical logo is engraved on the front of the tag. You can choose, also, plain Dog Tag without logo. We can engrave 6 lines (16 Characters Max. in each line) of personal or medical information on the back of the Tag. This item is engraved in easy to read clear text and will never wear off. (The black color is added to the image above only to illustrate the text - not added to the engraved text because in time the color would wear off.)
