Choose a bracelet and any one of the medical plaques found on this page and create your own medical bracelet. Be sure to account for the sum total of both the chain and plaque when determining the length needed. We recommend that you design your bracelet to be 3/4 to 1 1/4 inches longer than your wrist size. For example: if your wrist measurement is 7 1/2 in you would need to purchase a CR1874 plaque with a CR1892 chain to properly fit your wrist. You can choose another combination of plaque and chain as well as long as the total size is approximately equal to 8 1/2 inches.
