The Text and Emblem are permanently stamped into the stainless ID tag,and will never wear off in normal use, however the ADDED RED ENAMEL color is affected by wear and is NOT PERMANENT. The clear engraving makes your confidential information less obvious from casual view until the information is needed, yet this information is easily read when needed by emergency personnel.
There is no additional charge to add the red enamel color.

If your bracelet does not fit correctly, simply return the tag to us with a note telling us the size you are requesting. We will make the adjustments and mail it back to you at no charge.
If your bracelet or necklace chain breaks in the first 30 days we will replace the chain absolutely free. You may return your tag to us within 30 days of your order, with a note explaining what repair is needed and your mailing address. We will replace or repair the chain and mail your tag back to you at no charge.
