The new MEDICAL ID (Medid) Snap Lid ID On Me Unique Medical ID Bracelet is a comfortable, convenient, *water proof safety ID bracelet containing emergency identification, medical, and family contact information.
With the Medid - ID On Me, you can communicate complete, detailed medical information on the water resistant (with the use of permanent ink) Information Inserts, and include information to contact your Physician(s) and family members. Critical medical decisions can be made without delay.
Replacement or extra Standard Black Wristband or XL Black Wristband available.

Both styles available in Standard and XL Sizes. Standard size fits a 4 1/2 - 7 1/2 inch wrist. XL size fits a 7 - 11 inch wrist or ankle. All wristbands are soft, latex free, elastic.

Each Medid - ID On Me bracelet includes 4 Information Inserts which are easy to update when locations or medical conditions change. Just fill out the insert with a *Permanent Ink Marker like the Sharpie Ultra Fine below, no engraving necessary. The bracelet compartment provides extra protection by concealing your confidential information from casual view until the information is needed. (The permanent ink marker used determinds the
effectiveness of the water resistance of the medical information entered on the inserts and not the bracelet insert container)
The stylish, comfortable design and color options are great for kids. All bracelets have BLACK color ajustable wristbands that adjust from small children to adult sizes. For children, the size may be adjusted as the child grows.
The bracelet compartment is 1-1/4 inches long and 7/8 inches wide at
the widest part and the compartment is aprox 8mm or 0.3" thick and the bracelet weights only 6 grams.
Runners can attach the Medid - ID On Me to shoe laces with the adjustable strap for Shoe Tags.
