How to order MedIDs.com products and make payment Off Line  ( FOR USA ORDERS ONLY )
Four (4) available off line payment options: Pay by,
1. Mailing us a Check or Money Order
2. Fax credit card billing information.
3. MedIDs.com Customer Service can telephone you for your credit card billing information.
4. Use PayPal.
1. Select the item on our web site order page and complete order form.

2. Add the item to the shopping cart      as if you are going to pay for the item on-line.

3. Complete the Billing and Shipping address. (Both the same address where you want the order mailed)

4. On the Payment Information section page in the shopping cart select, Visa Card as payment selection.

5. Enter the following Visa account number,   4111  1111  1111  1111  Exp. Year enter, 2012  ( MedIDs.com off-line number for non-payment purpose. )

6. Enter the following Security Code   000   ( MedIDs.com off-line security code for non-payment purpose. )

7. Then click the button and wait to obtain your Order Confirmation Number.
   NOTE: Of course the on-line Credit Card Payment Authorization will not be approved because you are not using your credit card account number,
       however........................  

8. You will receive a Order Confirmation e-mail that contains a copy of your order and payment instructions.
     (Your e-mail address will always remain private - never shared anyone )

9. We will also receive a copy of your order and will   HOLD   the order until we receive your payment.
   This process reduces the time it takes to get the order in the mail to you once payment is received and also reduces
   engraving errors on custom products as well as other order errors, plus you receive a copy of your order by e-mail immediately for review.

10. Then follow the instructions in your Order Confirmation E-mail that's sent to you a few minutes after you submit the order.

Sorry, we cannot accept printed copies of the web page order form, written notes, phone messages, etc. The order has to be first submitted on-line as explained above, then pay for the order as described.
